Demands for the CandidateWe are looking for someone who is passionate about driving, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have experience with long-distance driving, navigating unfamiliar routes, and working in challenging environments. Additionally, we prefer applicants with knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
TasksThe role involves transporting goods from one location to another within the city limits or across long distances. The Driver must ensure that all goods are delivered safely, on time, and with care taken for the environment. They must also maintain accurate records of all trips completed including details such as origin/destination addresses, delivery times, cargo weight/volume measurements, etc.
The Driver will also be responsible for general vehicle maintenance such as checking oil levels, tires pressure etc., in order to ensure a safe journey at all times.
