We’re looking for a professional, discreet, and highly reliable Personal Driver for the CEO based in Abu Dhabi. This role goes beyond simply driving from one location to another. You will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s transportation is safe, smooth, punctual, and consistently well organised, while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and professionalism. You will also take ownership of the day-to-day condition and readiness of the vehicles, including cleanliness, servicing, maintenance, registration, and general vehicle management.

This is a full-time, live-in position suited to someone who is flexible, calm, organised, and experienced working with senior executives or private individuals.

• Highly Reliable:
  You understand the importance of punctuality, preparation, and being available when needed. The CEO should never need to worry about whether transportation is organised.
• Professional & Presentable:
  You maintain a consistently high standard of appearance, hygiene, communication, and behaviour.
• Discreet & Trustworthy:
  You understand that working closely with a CEO means having access to private information, conversations, schedules, and locations, and you treat all of this with strict confidentiality.
• Experienced with Luxury Vehicles:
  You are confident driving premium and high-end vehicles and understand the additional care and attention they require.
• Safety-Focused:
  You drive calmly and responsibly, follow UAE traffic regulations, and prioritise passenger safety at all times.
• Organised:
  You plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions, manage vehicle-related requirements, and make sure everything is ready before it is needed.
• Flexible:
  You are comfortable adapting your working hours around the CEO’s schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• CEO Transportation:
  Provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional driving services for the CEO across Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations when required.
• Route Planning:
  Plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions, and select the most efficient route to ensure timely arrival.
• Luxury Vehicle Handling:
  Drive luxury and high-end vehicles carefully and responsibly, maintaining a smooth and professional driving style.
• Vehicle Readiness:
  Ensure vehicles are always clean, presentable, fueled or charged, and fully ready for use.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Monitor servicing schedules, maintenance requirements, tyres, fluids, batteries, and general vehicle condition.
• Vehicle Administration:
  Keep track of registration, insurance, servicing, and other vehicle-related documentation or renewals.
• Coordination:
  Arrange servicing, cleaning, maintenance, or repairs when required and communicate any vehicle issues promptly.
• Safety:
  Follow all UAE traffic laws and maintain the highest standards of road safety.
• Confidentiality:
  Maintain complete discretion regarding the CEO’s movements, conversations, meetings, personal matters, and any confidential information encountered through the role.
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Remain available around the CEO’s schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience drivingluxury and high-end vehicles.
