UAV Pilot

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct non-operational ground and flight activities, including Ground Testing (GT), TT, Flight Testing (FT), simulator training (SIM), and equipment testing to maintain fleet serviceability, validate system performance, and enhance UAS operational capability.
• Perform internal and external UAS flightoperations in accordance with approved procedures, supporting ADASIs operationalcommitments while participating in national and international deployments, exercises, customer demonstrations, and mission activities.
• Maintain UAS operationalcurrency by completingrequired flight hours, simulator sessions, recurrenttraining, and competencyassessments to ensure continuous operational readiness and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support miscellaneous Operations(OPS) tasks, includingstatic displays, flight demonstrations, customerevaluations, and specialoperational assignments to promote ADASIcapabilities and meet organizational objectives.
• Progress toward achieving the minimum Pilotin Command (PIC) qualification requirementsestablished by ADASIto support career development, increasedoperational responsibility, and broader deploymentopportunities.
• Generate, update, and maintain the Operations Equipment Status Systemby monitoring the availability, serviceability, and readiness of operational equipment,providing accurate status reports to managementto support operationalplanning and resource allocation.
• Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of local operating procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation to ensure standardization, regulatory compliance,risk mitigation, and adherence to national and international aviationstandards.
• Participate in development-related ground andflight activities, includingsystem evaluations, testing, validation, and capabilityenhancement initiatives to support the continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of UAS platforms.
• Comply with aviationsafety requirements, company policies, OEM documentation, and applicable civiland military aviation regulations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, operational discipline, and flight safety.
• Collaborate effectively with pilots, maintenancepersonnel, engineers, missionplanners, air trafficservices, and other stakeholders to ensurethe safe, efficient, and successful execution of all assigned operational and developmentalactivities.
