Responsibilities
- Operate the weighbridge system for incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Record and verify vehicle weights, materials, and dispatch documentation
- Prepare weighbridge slips, delivery notes, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and security teams for smooth vehicle movement
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Report any discrepancies in weight, documentation, or vehicle details
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or operations management are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Technical proficiency in weighbridge software and equipment, with a strong understanding of weight measurement principles.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills can be advantageous in diverse work environments.
