Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Marine Construction / Offshore / EPC
Job PurposePlanand coordinate marine logistics activities, ensuring the safe and timelymovement of personnel, materials, equipment, and project cargo between ports,marine bases, vessels, and offshore project locations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute marine logistics plans according to project schedules.
- Coordinatevessels, barges, landing craft, crew boats, and offshore supplyoperations.
- Arrangemobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Preparecargo manifests, vessel schedules, lifting plans, permits, and logisticsdocumentation.
- Coordinateport clearances, customs procedures, loading, unloading, and offshoredeliveries.
- Liaise with Project, Marine Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, andHSE teams.
- Trackvessel movements, cargo status, equipment utilization, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate with vessel operators, port authorities, freight forwarders, and logisticscontractors.
- Identify operational risks and prepare contingency and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures, marine regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Marine Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum5–8 years of marine logistics experience.
- Experience in offshore construction, dredging, oil and gas, or marine EPC projects.
- Knowledge of vessels, port operations, offshore supply, project cargo, and customsprocedures.
- UAE/GCCmarine project experience is preferred.
- Strong planning, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.
