Job Title: Marine Logistics Engineer (ADNOC Project)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Marine Construction / Offshore / EPC
Job PurposePlan and coordinate marine logistics activities, ensuring the safe and timely movement of personnel, materials, equipment, and project cargo between ports, marine bases, vessels, and offshore project locations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute marine logistics plans according to project schedules.
- Coordinate vessels, barges, landing craft, crew boats, and offshore supply operations.
- Arrange mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare cargo manifests, vessel schedules, lifting plans, permits, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate port clearances, customs procedures, loading, unloading, and offshore deliveries.
- Liaise with Project, Marine Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, and HSE teams.
- Track vessel movements, cargo status, equipment utilization, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate with vessel operators, port authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics contractors.
- Identify operational risks and prepare contingency and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures, marine regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of marine logistics experience.
- Experience in offshore construction, dredging, oil and gas, or marine EPC projects.
- Knowledge of vessels, port operations, offshore supply, project cargo, and customs procedures.
- UAE/GCC marine project experience is preferred.
- Strong planning, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.
