Al-Futtaim Logistics is hiring a Light Vehicle Driver in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates for an Automotive logistics role involving the safe movement of vehicles and goods across AFL locations and other destinations within the UAE. The position requires experience driving light vehicles and trucks up to 3.0 tonnes while maintaining high standards of vehicle handling, safety, documentation, and operational efficiency.

The Light Vehicle Driver will support daily logistics activities including vehicle movement, port clearance, picking, binning, scanning, cleaning, and fueling. The role requires careful adherence to company Quality SOP requirements, accurate vehicle records, and a strong focus on damage-free operations.

• * Drive light vehicles and trucks up to 3.0 tonnes at AFL locations and across the UAE.
• * Support operational activities including port clearance, picking, binning, and scanning.
• * Handle new vehicles carefully and work toward maintaining a damage-free operating record.
• * Follow company Quality SOP requirements when driving and handling vehicles.
• * Implement applicable quality control initiatives during daily operations.
• * Report accidents or incidents involving company property promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• * Work efficiently to complete assigned vehicle movements and logistics activities within required timelines.

• * Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks according to company requirements.
• * Scan units using the RDT device and update their bin locations accurately.
• * Ensure vehicle movement and operational records remain current.
• * Follow established procedures when recording logistics activities.
• * Report discrepancies or operational issues to the responsible supervisor.

The Light Vehicle Driver will support the preparation of new units by carrying out washing, cleaning, and fueling activities when required. Fuel information must be updated through the SMART Fill System according to the established process. Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and troubleshooting is required to support the safe and reliable operation of assigned vehicles.
