Sr. Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator with strong knowledge of the automotive truck industry in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, handling customs documentation and ensuring the smooth and timely movement of trucks and related shipments.

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for automotive trucks and related shipments.
• Prepare, verify and manage customs documentation and other required import export documents.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters and other logistics partners.
• Ensure all shipments comply with UAE customs and regulatory requirements.
• Track shipments and coordinate timely delivery of vehicles to the required destination.
• Manage documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations and related paperwork.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Procurement and Operations to ensure smooth shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment status, identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearance and logistics-related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation, port handling, customs clearance and final delivery.
• Resolve logistics and documentation issues efficiently and maintain good relationships with logistics service providers.
• Ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately, cost-effectively and within required timelines.
• Prepare regular logistics and shipment status reports for management.

• 3–7 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably within the automotive truck/commercial vehicle business in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling import/export documentation and customs clearance for vehicles.
• Good understanding of UAE ports, shipping, freight forwarding, and transportation processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with customs authorities, clearing agents, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• UAE market experience is essential.

• Experience with commercial trucks / heavy vehicles / automotive spare parts logistics.
• Knowledge of UAE import regulations and vehicle clearance procedures.
