- * Direct and control the safe movement of trucks, vehicles, and heavy equipment at the construction site.
- * Guide drivers and equipment operators during reversing, loading, unloading, and site movement.
- * Use proper hand signals and communication methods.
- * Maintain a safe distance between workers, vehicles, and equipment.
- * Assist in maintaining safe traffic movement within the work area.
- * Identify and report unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor.
- * Follow all company and site safety procedures.
- * Previous experience as a Flagman in a construction environment.
- * Good knowledge of safety procedures and standard hand signals.
- * Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and equipment operators.
- * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- * Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- * UAE construction site experience is an advantage.
