Supervisor - Transportation Shuttle

- Supervise and coordinate shuttle operations including scheduling and route planning
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety and service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of shuttle vehicles to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
- Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation‑related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of shuttle schedules mileage fuel usage and maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to support special events and peak operational needs
- Train and mentor shuttle drivers on company policies customer service and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company guidelines
- Report any incidents accidents or maintenance issues to the Transportation Manager immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in transportation or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
