Operations Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator for SIXT ensures the efficient allocation and availability of vehicles for customer bookings while coordinating maintenance and logistical operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet availability and allocate vehicles based on demand and bookings.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules with service providers.
• Track fleet utilization and ensure optimal allocation to minimize idle time.
• Maintain records of vehicle mileage, conditions, and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with drivers and rental agents to ensure smooth vehicle logistics.
• Prepare and analyse reports on fleet performance, utilisation, and cost efficiency.
• Support the Fleet Supervisor in implementing fleet optimisation strategies.
• Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgement in decision making.
• Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years in fleet coordination or logistics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
