What you’ll doTo deliver basic operational and onboarding training to warehouse associates, ensuring they understand warehouse processes, follow SOPs, and perform their roles efficiently, safely, and accurately.
- Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions for new joiners and existing warehouse associates.
- Deliver training on warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sorting, and returns.
- Explain SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate understanding and skill levels of associates.
- Support cross‑training initiatives across multiple warehouse functions based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations leaders for training schedules, coverage, and training‑related activities.
- Provide real‑time on‑floor coaching and guidance during live warehouse operations.
- Observe associate performance and correct process deviations immediately to ensure compliance.
- Support supervisors in improving productivity, quality, accuracy, and operational compliance.
- Reinforce 5S standards, housekeeping practices, and workplace discipline across the fulfillment center.
- Maintain accurate training attendance records and basic training reports.
- Track completion of induction, refresher, and mandatory training programs.
- Support skill validation, certification, and assessment documentation.
- Share structured feedback with the Training supervisor and Operations teams to improve performance.
- Assist in updating training materials and content when warehouse processes or SOPs change.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Practical knowledge of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sorting, and returns processes.
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor during live operations.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, attendance tracking, and reporting tools.
- Language
Skills:
Basic English required; spoken Hindi is an added advantage. - Communication:
Ability to clearly explain processes to frontline warehouse staff. - Patience & Positive Attitude:
Comfortable working with large associate groups and new joiners. - Team
Collaboration:
Strong coordination skills with Operations and Training teams. - Adaptability:
Willingness to learn and support dynamic warehouse environments.
- Minimum education:
Diploma or Graduation. - 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related logistics/support functions.
- Prior exposure to training, coaching, or knowledge‑sharing roles within warehouse environments is preferred.
- Candidates with hands‑on operational knowledge and an interest in learning & development will perform well in this role.
