Asset & Inventory Control Lead

The Warehouse & Asset Manager is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations and asset management across the rental business. This includes inventory control, asset tracking, storage, issuance, and return of equipment (cabins, generators, and related items). The role ensures accuracy, accountability, and readiness of assets while managing storekeepers, clerks, and helpers.

• Own and manage all warehouse stock, ensuring accurate inventory control and asset tracking
• Maintain real‑time visibility of all assets (cabins, generators, accessories) across yard and sites
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of materials and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all inward/outward movements
• Supervise storekeepers, clerks, and helpers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper allocation of warehouse workforce
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe storage of assets
• Implement proper stacking, handling, and preservation methods to avoid damage
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and site teams for timely mobilization and demobilization of assets
• Track asset movement between yard and project sites and ensure accountability
• Manage return of assets from site, including inspection, tagging, and readiness for reuse
• Identify damaged or missing items and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Conduct periodic stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Implement systems and controls to minimize loss, discrepancies, and misuse
• Support planning by providing accurate stock availability and utilization reports
• Drive improvements in warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost control

• Set operational targets for warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy
• Identify training needs for warehouse team
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in warehouse / inventory / asset management
• Experience in rental, construction, or equipment-based business preferred
• UAE experience preferred
