Overview & Responsibilities
The Warehouse Worker performs essential physical and administrative duties to support facility-wide logistics, including shipping and receiving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and moving, managing the preservation, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role requires an advanced understanding of receiving inspections and data entry into tracking databases. The successful candidate will operate with limited supervision most of the time and must be adaptable to handle other duties as assigned.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhen processing goods and goods notes ordered via the ERP System, you will execute the following workflow:
Unloading, Documentation Review, Verification, Discrepancy Reporting, Tagging & Staging, Paperwork Distribution, Inspection Routing, and official receipt into the ERP Warehouse.
Maintain stores and goods‑in areas in a safe, clean, orderly condition, control integrity, organize locations, conduct quality checks, track shelf‑life, segregate damaged and dead stock, prevent unauthorized removal, and conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts.
Pick items accurately, check condition, assemble cartons, construct export crates when required, securely package, label, and load outgoing trucks, ensuring final shipping paperwork is distributed.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, suggest process improvements, and perform any other duties as directed.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience working in a warehouse environment. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced understanding of receiving inspections and experience entering logistical data into tracking databases/ERP systems.
This is a full time permanent position based in KEZAD Free Zone in Abu Dhabi.
