Store Inspector - UAE Nationals

Job Description

The Storeman/Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and ensures compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

• Accepts stock and issues materials, components, tooling and other products and updates the respective parts inventory systems as per the processes defined in the TPM.
• Re-orders, performs physical inspection and confirms completeness of documentation of delivered parts and materials required for day-to-day tasks in the Tech Ops environment.
• Checks for damages, shortages and incorrectly supplied materials and reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Receives acceptable materials, returns them to stock under consideration of applicable receiving goods procedures and stores them in correct bin locations.
• Ensures that all material/tooling issued from store and accepted into the store is correctly labelled.
• Regularly checks/updates shelf life of materials and calibration of tools, and disposes of tools if time expired.
• Ensures that the shift handover log is completed at the end of each shift duty.
• Inspects parts/material for documents conforming with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
• Handles DGR and ESD parts/material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Arranges FSK as per company requirements and monitors for part replenishment.
• Arranges PFSC as per company requirements including outstation.

• Experience:
  
  Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills, minimum 2 years of airline/MRO experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, work under stress and be able to communicate perfectly in English.
• Education:
  
  High school leaving certificate/Diploma
