Reach Truck Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets from high racking locations.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, containers, and trailers efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track, scan, and ensure accurate placement of materials.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift inspections of equipment, report defects, and follow all occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse activities including picking, packing, and racking organization.

• Valid forklift/reach truck operator license or certification (mandatory in many regions, such as the UAE).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Proficient in operating stand‑up reach trucks; familiarity with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operations is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in high‑density environments, including freezers.
• Comfortable working at significant heights and in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work in cold storage if required.

• Salary: AED 4,000 to 4,800 per month.
