Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that work instructions issued by the Team Lead, warehouse supervisor or higher management are correctly executed and carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest regard for safety for self and for others, especially when driving a forklift, and complete and file the weekly forklift checklist.
• Pick, pack and accurately package orders, including shrink wrapping as per standard procedures.
• Prepare and complete delivery documentation such as tally sheets, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and delivery advice.
• Handle goods within the warehouse in a manner that prevents damage to the goods, the warehouse, or delivery vehicles.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy through regular housekeeping.
• Report any misconduct by contractors or drivers on site immediately.
• Uphold the image of the company at all times.
• Update stock reports for customers and send stock reports on request and monthly as required.
• Create and maintain warehouse job files.
• Wear adequate safety equipment and uniforms when in the warehouse or yard.
• Report all accidents, incidents, or damages immediately to the WIC/warehouse senior supervisor.
• Conduct stock checks and reconciliations as required.
• Be willing to work overtime from time to time as may be required.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.

• Valid UAE forklift driving license.
• Knowledge of warehousing processes.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
