Testing and commissioning Engineer

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, preservation, and issuance of materials.
• Should have hands-on experience working with SAP ERP, particularly the MM (Materials Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
• Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes and stock verification activities.
• Manage material issuance processes to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to support material planning and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and material handling procedures.
• Manage warehouse personnel, resources, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and regular stock audits to verify inventory integrity.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory records within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• 10-15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations. Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or management role preferably within Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred :

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
