Purpose of the Role
Provide strategic oversight of store and inventory operations, ensuring effective inventory governance, operational efficiency, financial control, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee warehouse operations, inventory governance, and Store keeping activities.
- Establish and maintain inventory governance, controls and procedures.
- Supervise Storekeepers and allocate daily operational activities.
- Review inventory movements, stock accuracy and reconciliation reports.
- Monitor inventory KPIs, consumption trends and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and operational departments to ensure material availability.
- Approve stock transactions and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards and HSE requirements.
- Develop reports and management dashboards for operational decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management.
