- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and farm locations.
- Perform inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
