We are supporting a UAE-based organisation within the Defence & Aerospace / Industrial sector.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage stock, receiving, dispatch and inventory documentation.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory management and traceability of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities- Manage stock records and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate material receiving and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Prepare packing lists.
- Manage HS-code information.
- Record inventory transactions within Odoo.
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movements.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Ensure goods are properly identified and documented.
- Maintain strong documentary traceability.
- Support inventory and warehouse audits.
