Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Mix Design Cement Product Trading is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination who can efficiently manage daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory data, and ERP/Warehouse Management System entries.
• Coordinate local and international freight, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Prepare and manage shipping, delivery, and warehouse documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock reconciliation, and coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company procedures, safety standards, and HSE requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination.
• Experience coordinating international freight and shipment activities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience in chemical warehousing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics documentation.
  • MS Excel, ERP systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Supply chain coordination, freight management, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Estimated)
