Location Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi(warehouse-based)
Role summaryRuns the warehouse. Gear leavesin the right state, comes back in the right state, and is ready for the nextjob. The make-or-break role for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities- Run daily prep and returnsoperations.
- Maintain the rental management system as the system of record for inventory.
- QC every item out and every itemback; flag damage and route to repair.
- Manage sub-rentals when in-housestock is insufficient.
- Coordinate with PMs and HODs onprep priorities and timing.
- Own warehouse H&S, fire safety, and security.
- Manage the repair / workshop queueand parts inventory.
- Coordinate transportation with Logistics Coordinator.
- 5+ years in AVL warehouse / rentaloperations, ideally including 2+ supervisory.
- Expert on a major rentalmanagement platform (Current RMS, Rentman, Flex, Hire Hop).
- Highly organised; lives by thesystem, not by memory.
- Forklift / counterbalancecertified (UAE-recognised).
- Familiar with UAE customs / ATACarnet processes for international jobs.
- Gear ready-on-time rate (% jobsprepped to schedule)
- Returns processed within 48h
- Damage / loss rate
- Inventory accuracy (system vsphysical audit)
