Warehousing & Fulfillment - Associate

• Receive verify and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents
• Inspect goods for damage defects shortages or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Organize label and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization
• Pick pack process and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse inventory systems
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly inventory and warehouse reports
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads Line Managers updated
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently

• Bachelor s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
• Minimum 1 years of Warehousing / logistic operations experience, required.
• Proven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• To be physically fit as lifting and carrying is required
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Knowledge in strategic planning
• Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
