Warehousing & Fulfillment - Associate

We make collection of packages within one hour a reality, along with a choice of on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border delivery services.

Shipa Delivery's technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS; and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 1 years of Warehousing / logistic operations experience, required.
• Proven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experience.
• Proficiencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• To be physically fit as lifting and carrying is required
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Knowledge in strategic planning
• Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
