Warehousing & Fulfillment - Associate

Shipa Delivery’s technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS; and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 1 years of Warehousing / logistic operations experience, required.
• Proven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experience.
• Proficiencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills To be physically fit as lifting and carrying is required Intermediate computer knowledge Knowledge in strategic planning Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
