Strengthen warehouse performance through operational analysis, process improvement and effective coordination across the supply chain. The role supports dependable materials handling, efficient use of facilities and resources, and compliance with applicable operational and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop warehouse operating strategies, procedures and improvement plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze warehouse performance indicators, identify process bottlenecks and establish measurable corrective actions.
- Improve inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving and dispatch practices.
- Coordinate with transportation, logistics and other business teams to resolve handover and workflow issues.
- Assess warehouse facilities and equipment for maintenance needs, operating readiness and safety compliance.
- Review applicable regulatory and HSE requirements and follow through on corrective measures.
- Develop and manage warehouse operating budgets, identify avoidable expenditure and support cost-efficient delivery.
- Guide relationships with suppliers and vendors, including contract discussions where required.
- Evaluate relevant warehouse technologies and industry practices for potential operational improvements.
- Prepare training programs for supervisors and warehouse personnel covering operating methods and safety procedures.
Supervise assigned activities and develop team capabilities to meet functional objectives. Introduce suitable tools and working methods to improve throughput, service quality and operational consistency. Prepare management information and progress reports that make warehouse performance issues and improvement outcomes visible to decision-makers.
Stakeholder CoordinationWork with the SVP Group Commercial Operations and Execution, divisional leadership and other internal teams to align warehouse initiatives with business priorities. Engage suppliers, vendor organizations and relevant government officials on operational and regulatory matters. Coordinate with ADNOC affiliated companies on information sharing and potential inter-company material transfers.
Safety and SustainabilityFollow applicable ADNOC HSE policies, Codes of Practice, legislation and sustainability requirements. Incorporate safe operating practices into warehouse procedures, staff training, facility assessments and improvement activities.
