IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse, inventory, receiving, and stock control operations within our hospitality facilities in Abu Dhabi. The Warehouse Assistant will assist with receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and organizing hospitality supplies and materials.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, material handling, goods receiving, order picking, stock counting, and warehouse organization
. Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering, food and beverage, or hospitality supply operations is preferred. The successful candidate should be physically fit, safety-conscious, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management activities.
• Receive incoming deliveries of food supplies, beverages, housekeeping materials, maintenance supplies, equipment, packaging, and other hospitality products.
• Assist with unloading delivery vehicles and moving goods safely to designated receiving or storage areas.
• Check delivered goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and receiving documents

• Inspect incoming items for quantity, quality, damage, expiry dates, packaging condition, and specifications.
• Label, sort, categorize, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Store goods safely and efficiently while maintaining proper warehouse organization.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures where applicable.
• Assist with picking and issuing stock to kitchens, restaurants, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other hospitality departments.
• Prepare materials, supplies, and orders for internal department requests and scheduled deliveries.
• Perform other warehouse and stock control duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• High school diploma, secondary school certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Helper, Store Assistant, Storekeeper Assistant, Inventory Assistant, Stock Clerk, or Material Handler
  .
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, or material handling.
• Hospitality, hotel, resort, restaurant, catering, food and beverage, or retail warehouse experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of receiving, storage, stock issuing, inventory counting, and warehouse procedures
  .
• Familiarity with purchase orders, delivery notes, goods receiving, stock requisitions, and inventory documentation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• UAE warehouse, logistics, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
