We need to hire a Storekeeper for our Heavy Equipment and Trailer Workshop
Main Responsibilities- Receive spare parts and check them against purchase orders and invoices
- Issue spare parts to technicians and mechanics based on approved requests
- Record all stock transactions and update inventory records in the system
- Monitor stock levels and report items that need to be reordered
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Organize and maintain the store in a clean and orderly manner
- Coordinate with the procurement and maintenance teams to ensure spare parts availability
- Maintain proper control of spare parts and tools and prevent unauthorized issuance
Please find a suitable candidate who meets the above requirements
Qualifications- Experience in store keeping, preferably in a heavy equipment workshop.
- Knowledge of spare parts for CAT and Komatsu equipment, trucks, and trailers.
- Experience in receiving, issuing, and organizing spare parts.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems (ERP).
