Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients.
- Promote and sell life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market prospecting and lead generation.
- Provide after-sales support and excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
- Education: Minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Degree.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently or in a team.
- Allowances: Fixed monthly support to cover work-related expenses.
- Commissions: Earned on every policy sold, providing uncapped income potential.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses tied to meeting/exceeding sales targets.
