Permanent – Job Share | Salary £28,142 - £32,061 Per Annum Pro Rata | 16.5 Hours Per Week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Library Officer
, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day operations of the library.
  • Planning and delivering a wide range of events (e.g. author events, class visits).
  • Supporting customers with digital services (e.g. eBooks, passport applications).
  • Building partnerships with local organisations.
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring service excellence.

You will be appointed to a library base(s), but there will be an expectation that you will work at other libraries as required.
