Up to £31,429.33 per annum (£35,626.51 full time equivalent).
Hours:

We are looking for a committed and student‑focused Pastoral Tutor to join our Construction department. The role involves delivering high‑quality pastoral care, including academic support and personal development guidance. You will empower students to overcome challenges, achieve their potential, and prepare for their next steps, whether in further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
What You Will Be Doing:- Deliver engaging pastoral and employability sessions as part of our Construction programmes, ensuring students develop essential life and career skills.
- Plan and prepare high‑quality learning experiences that support students' personal and professional development.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to encourage positive behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the Construction team to support students in achieving their qualifications and future career aspirations.
- Minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) including grade C/4 in Maths and English.
- Experience in pastoral support, student mentoring, personal tutoring or a related role.
- Passionate and enthusiastic team player committed to student success.
- A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to undertake one.
- A degree‑level or professional qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience.
