About the role
Justteachers is seeking an RE Teacher who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Accrington area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026. This position would look at becoming permanent after qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities- Teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4
- Leading discussions on beliefs, ethics, and worldviews
- Planning and assessing work in line with curriculum
- Promoting respectful debate and critical thinking
- QTS or PGCE in Religious Education
- Experience teaching RE in UK schools
- Strong understanding of world religions and ethics
- Confident delivering discussion‑based lessons
