We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Accrington. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development. You will work closely with class teachers to provide high‑quality support to pupils, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where all children can thrive.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Assist with planning and preparing classroom resources.
• Encourage pupil participation and promote positive behaviour.
• Support pupils with varying abilities, including SEND where required.
• Help monitor and track pupil progress.

• Experience working in a primary school, ideally within KS2.
• A passion for education and supporting children's development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent – desirable).
