We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in Accrington
, working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

, helping them to access education and reach their full potential.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
• Support pupils’
  social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Support with classroom management and daily routines

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with children with SEN
• Strong understanding of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
