We are looking to appoint a well‑qualified and enthusiastic individual to the post of SEN Teaching Assistant Level 3.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for pupils and assist in differentiating curriculum content according to the needs of pupils. The successful applicant will also work with teaching staff in meeting personal and social needs of the pupils, including those with special needs.

This is a part‑time, term‑time only position. The salary quoted is full‑time equivalent; if successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 or above qualification in English/literacy and mathematics/numeracy (or equivalent)
Essential Experience
  • Experience of working with children.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of working with children in the relevant classroom setting.
  • Experience of administration work.
  • Experience in supporting children with challenging behaviour.
