Deputy Headteacher

Joining Rhyddings at a pivotal, transformative moment alongside a newly appointed Headteacher and Chief Executive Officer, you will play a central strategic role in shaping our vision, elevating our curriculum, and embedding a culture of ambitious, evidence-informed excellence.

Serving a diverse community in Oswaldtwistle and the wider Hyndburn area, we are unapologetically ambitious for every young person in our care, believing firmly that background should never dictate future success. With significant recent investment in our learning environment, digital infrastructure, and sports facilities, we are building a flagship school that will be the first choice for local families.

As Deputy Headteacher, your primary passion will be driving the quality of education, inspiring teachers, developing confident subject leaders, and ensuring every classroom delivers high-impact, knowledge-rich learning. We are looking for an intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent senior leader who combines strategic vision with flawless implementation.
