School website: Summary Mount Carmel is seeking an exceptional Reflect Room Manager to lead our internal reflection provision, ensuring pupils are supported to reflect on their behaviour, rebuild relationships and return to learning successfully.
This is a rewarding and influential role for someone who can combine high expectations with empathy, resilience and excellent communication skills. Working closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and pupils you will create a calm, purposeful environment where pupils are encouraged to take responsibility for their actions and develop the skills needed to thrive.
The successful candidate will:
- Build positive relationships with pupils whilst maintaining clear boundaries and high standards.
- Support behaviour, attendance and pastoral interventions.
- Work collaboratively with staff to promote positive outcomes.
- Be organised, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Share our commitment to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

Essential Qualifications- GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C or above or equivalent
- Experience of working with children
- Knowledge of classroom roles and responsibilities
- Ability to work well with children
- Ability to supervise and assist children
- Experience of administration work
- Good communication skills
- Experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour
- Experience of working with children in a relevant classroom / service environment
- Knowledge of KS3/KS4 curriculum
