Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Burnley. Duties include:

Monday Thursday (10pm 7:30am) Carry out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing and production equipment. Respond to mechanical breakdowns and carry out fault finding to minimise downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately. Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maximum plant performance.

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures. Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:
Recognised Engineering Qualifications. Mechanical qualifications. Hydraulics and pneumatics experience. Welding and fabrication skills. Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
