Hyndburn Borough Council is looking for a Finance Manager with a salary range of £48,226 – £51,356 per annum for a full-time position of 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Finance to deliver an effective financial service across the Council. Key responsibilities include budget preparation, financial monitoring, and supporting ad hoc financial activities.

Candidates should be qualified CCAB or CIMA accountants or working towards qualification along with significant relevant experience and strong financial analysis skills.
