Lancashire County Council is seeking a Mobile School Crossing Patrol Officer in the Hyndburn area. The role involves acting as a mobile relief to cover fixed crossings due to absence and to fill vacant posts. Applicants must have their own transport and business insurance and be able to travel to crossings on short notice.
Shifts typically run 08:30–09:00 and 15:10–15:40, Monday to Friday during term time (38 weeks per year). Uniform and training are provided. Closing date 6 September 2026.
