An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business with a strong international customer base. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of goods to overseas customers, managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the order-to-delivery process.

This position would suit an individual with experience in international logistics, export administration, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate export shipments from order receipt through to final delivery.
Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork.
Liaise with freight forwarders, hauliers, customs brokers and overseas customers.
Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with import/export legislation, customs requirements and Incoterms.
Maintain accurate records within ERP and transport management systems.
Work closely with customer service, planning, warehousing and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide customers with updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
