Ready to take your export and sales administration experience to the next level?
Isothane are looking for an experienced Export & Sales Administrator to join our busy team in Accrington. This is a varied and important role, combining UK and international sales administration, customer service and export coordination.
You'll be the person making sure orders move smoothly from initial receipt through to dispatch, while keeping customers informed and ensuring every piece of export documentation is accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities of the Export & Sales Administrator:
Processing UK and international customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.
Accurately entering and managing orders through the company's ERP/business system.
Coordinating export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Preparing and checking commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, shipping and customs documentation.
Ensuring export documentation meets regulatory and customer requirements.
Liaising with UK and international customers regarding orders, deliveries and shipping queries.
Monitoring order progress and proactively dealing with delays or issues.
Working closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Keeping customer and order records accurate and up to date.
Providing wider administrative and customer support to the Sales team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Export Sales Administration, Export Coordination or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, international shipping and documentation.
Experience processing sales orders within a manufacturing, distribution or trading environment.
Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience using an ERP/MRP system.
Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and keep multiple orders moving t's on Offer?
