A bespoke furniture manufacturer in Clayton-le-Moors is seeking a Workshop Supervisor (Bench Joiner Supervisor) to lead the production of bespoke furniture for lodges. This role combines hands-on bench joinery expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring all furniture is built on time, to quality standards, and within budget. The successful candidate will supervise a workshop team, manage production planning, and enforce quality control measures, contributing to high standards and continuous improvement in the workshop.
