Location: Hyndburn
EVO Personnel are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing business based in the Altham area. This is a fantastic temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right candidate looking for long‑term stability and career progression.
Duties include:
Machine operating
Packing, wrapping, quality checking
Following work instructions
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and waste control
Keeping the work area clean, organised and compliant
Completing any additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Manager
Understanding and following all procedures relevant to the role
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Experience working in a fast‑paced factory environment
Good attention to detail and reliability
