The role

You'll work alongside another Team Leader and report to the Business Unit Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day production performance, quality, productivity and team development.

We're looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in manufacturing or production

* Already a Team Leader/Supervisor, or ready to step into leadership

* Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial

* Confident motivating, coaching and developing a team

* Hands-on, positive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
