Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll take responsibility for day‑to‑day production performance, productivity, quality and team development, leading a team of around 40 production operatives.
We’re looking for someone who is:- Experienced in production or manufacturing management
- Confident leading and developing production teams
- Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial
- Comfortable driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement
- Hands‑on, positive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
