We are seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will spend each day contacting warm leads that have already expressed interest in our lodges.

Your focus will be building rapport quickly, identifying customer needs, and passing qualified leads to our sales team.

Flexible working hours available, with a core base schedule of 8:30am – 17:00pm.

• Calling inbound leads provided by the business
• Qualifying customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Delivering clear and persuasive sales presentations
• Overcoming objections
• Accurately updating CRM systems
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Attending sales events where needed

• Proven telesales experience (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Confident, resilient, and self-motivated
• Professional telephone manner
