Senior Sales Negotiator – Great Harwood – Up to £30,000 basic plus DOE + OTE £40k plus

A highly established Lancashire based Estate Agency Group with multiple local branches, is looking for a Superstar Senior Sales Negotiator to sell stunning properties in their Great Harwood office.

If you are currently working as a Sales Negotiator and ready to step up and earn more commissions, then this is the role for you!

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure - anticipated OTE up to £40,000 uncapped

• As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, and progressing properties across East Lancashire
• Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
• Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
• To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and understanding of the residential property market

• Experienced Sales Negotiator
• Ability to communicate with all types of clients and meet their high expectations
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Currently working in the Lancashire property market
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
