IndependentDomestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)
Salary: £25,000 – £29,572 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) + 8% pension
As an IDVA, you will provide specialist advocacy and support to victim‑survivors experiencing domestic abuse who are assessed as medium or high risk. You will undertake risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention and multi‑agency advocacy, ensuring survivors remain at the centre of all decision‑making.

- Can build strong professional relationships and work effectively with partner agencies

All roles are based in Accrington, Lancashire, and require flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for most roles. Enhanced DBS checks will be required.
